8. Governing law; jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Belgium without reference to the principles of conflicts of laws thereof.

The Terms and Conditions may not be amended except in writing signed by both parties and no waiver by either party shall be deemed a waiver of any preceding or subsequent breach or default, unless such a waiver is in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Ponderis.
